The Journey

I spent 9 years leading marketing at Cherry Servers, a B2B infrastructure company. We grew from €4.3M to €16M in annual revenue. I built a 7-person marketing team from scratch, achieved 5:1 LTV/CAC, and drove 30% year-over-year growth.

But here is what I learned: marketing strategy was only 20% of the work. The other 80% was about getting the team unstuck. Founders who couldn't let go of decisions. Teams misaligned on priorities. Talented people underperforming because of dynamics nobody talked about.

That realization led me to train in Gestalt psychology and organizational consulting. Not as a career pivot — as a necessary expansion. The best marketing strategy in the world fails if the team executing it is blocked by patterns they cannot see.

In parallel, I went deep into AI engineering. Not just prompting tools, but building production systems — LangGraph agents, data pipelines, automation infrastructure. The kind of systems that turn a 3-person team into a force that operates like 10.

The result: a rare intersection of three disciplines that almost never exist in one person.
